Cancellation Policy
A client may choose to cancel their booking up to 3 days in advance via email to bookings@jerseygamer.com to receive a full refund of the booking deposit, this excludes any promotional items added to bookings such as t-shirts, hats, tumblers, bags or other items.
Clients who wish to cancel with their booking with less than 3 days or 72 hours' notice will forfeit their initial deposit. Any booking canceled on the day of the event will forfeit any and all previously paid fees. Jersey Gamer LLC will attempt to reschedule any canceled bookings before a refund or forfeiture of deposit is confirmed. Jersey Gamer LLC cannot be held liable for the cancelation or rescheduling of an event due to unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather. Inclement weather includes but is not limited to hurricane, snowstorms of 2" or more, flooding in your area, extreme wind speeds or any weather event deemed dangerous to our clients, equipment or employees or a combination thereof.
Any cancelations due to weather will be rescheduled up to 2 times before a refund or forfeiture of deposit is confirmed.
Any client cancelation made within 3 days or 72 hours, via email to info@jerseygamer.com agrees toa forfeiture of their initial deposit and any other fees paid in advance for services if the event cannot be rescheduled. The client agrees to not attempt a chargeback or claim to their financial institution used to make said fee payments under any circumstances. This includes dissatisfaction with product, late cancelation, lack of response by Jersey Gamer LLC to your cancelation email up to and including 2 hours after event start time or the like of.
